Cllr. Bobby F. Weetol Livingstone, Program Manager | Prosecution
Cllr. Bobby F. Weetol Livingstone is a Liberian Lawyer with 13 years of experience in criminal law practice, with an emphasis on financial crimes. He began his law practice in 2012 with Kemp & Associates, under the tutelage of the late Cllr T. C. Gould. He later served as Public Defender for Lofa County within the Judiciary Branch of Government from 2013 to 2015. He was recruited by former Solicitor General Betty Lamin Blamo as a Prosecutor in 2015 with the Ministry of Justice, and assigned to Criminal Court ‘C of the First Judicial Circuit of Montserrado County. He worked under the guidance of Cllr. Daku Mulbah and Cllr. Jerry D. K. Garlawolu at the time. During this period, he had the opportunity to participate in several international training programs in anti-corruption and forensic investigations at Egerton University, Nakuru, Kenya, and Financial investigations at ILEA Gaborone, Botswana. He worked for a short while in the private practice of law with Sannoh & Partners as Chief of LEC Power Theft Cases from 2019-2021. From April 2021- July 2025, he worked as Director of Financial Crimes, Ministry of Justice . While in private practice of law, he was elected and served as National Secretary General of the Liberian National Bar Association from 2019-2021. Also, while at the Ministry of Justice, he benefited from several training programs in public corruption in Accra, Ghana, anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, etc, in Lome, Togo, Dakar, Senegal, and Abuja, Nigeria, under the auspices of GIABA. Cllr. Livingstone also underwent training in land governance, land use, and land management in Sweden and Rwanda from 2022-2023. He has just participated in a study program on tackling illicit financial flows in Africa with working visits to Sweden and South Africa. He joined the LACC in August 2025 as Chief Prosecutor and Program Manager for Prosecution on a mission to rebrand the LACC prosecutorial arm .Cllr. Livingstone has also maintained that it’s no longer business as usual. No longer will the LACC indict anyone, and such people will be walking with hands swinging as the if he or she were going to a pageant. He has promised that the Prosecution arm of the LACC will be robust and a fierce force in ensuring LACC executes its mandate as the lead anti-graft institution in Liberia. He is married to the beautiful Mrs. Ne-suah Beyan Livingstone and blessed with five children
